Earthwise vinyl window and door products are warranted, subject to conditions and limitations listed herein, to be free from defective workmanship or materials when subject to normal and proper use, for as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the property in which the products are installed.  Products must be properly installed as determined by the manufacturer.

Vinyl: Shall not warp, rot, pit, or peel.  Application of unapproved chemicals or coatings  shall void this section of the warranty. 

20 Year Limited Warranty:  Insulated glass used in Earthwise window and door products is warranted, subject to conditions and limitations listed herein, to the original purchaser for a period of 20 years as long as the original purchaser owns and resides in the property in which the products are installed.

Glass: Seal failure: Insulated glass units shall remain free of permanent film formation between the panes of glass that substantially obstructs vision through the glass.

Condensation is a naturally occurring phenomenon caused by humidity and temperature variations.  It does not indicate a defect in the window or glass. Glass breakage, for any reason, is not included in this warranty.

-10 degrees F to 0			not over 25%
0 degrees F to 10			not over 30%
10 degrees F to 20			not over 35%
20 degrees F to 40			not over 40%

These humidities are generally considered to be comfortable. Remember, too, that these relative humidities are for 70 degrees F. For higher inside temperatures, lower humidities are required.

Hardware: Shall operate properly and perform those functions for which it was originally designed.

Screens, accessories, and window options are covered by individual manufacturer's warranties.

Remedies: Upon proof of purchase of Earthwise products, proof of coverage by this warranty and determination at the sole discretion and by the Authorized Earthwise Fabricator, of a valid claim, replacement or repair materials will be supplied free of charge FOB the original authorized Earthwise fabricator.  Other Earthwise fabricators will supply replacement parts at nominal charge.

LABOR AND SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS WARRANTY.

Transferability: This warranty is transferable under the following terms and conditions.  Notification to original Authorized Earthwise Fabricator in writing and receipt of a $75.00 transfer fee within 30 days of the transfer of ownership of the property in which the warranted products are installed.  Upon transfer the period covered by all aspects of the warranty is limited to 20 years from the date of original purchase.

Limitations: Earthwise Fabricators reserve the right to furnish currently available parts in lieu of exact replacement parts. This warranty is limited to owner occupied dwelling units and specifically excludes commercial properties.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED ARE CONVEYED WITH THIS WARRANTY.
